Dollar General (DG) has embarked in the competitive category of cosmetics. They now have a private-label makeup line named “Believe Beauty. ” This label is not the first makeup line Dollar General has put out to the public sector. The first private-label beauty line is named Studio Selection (SS) . DG launched SS about a year ago, as part of their hair and skin categories.
Believe Beauty has foundations, eye, lip, and even the ever so popular artificial eyelashes.
DG consumers can confidentially shop their favorite low coast makeup line just as they would in their local Walmart or Target. Just as almost all products have lesser brand pricing, as we now know, lesser priced doesn’t always mean lesser quality. Top brand names are more expensive due to the name or label; however, I have been purchasing many items at the DG stores and it has the same quality as store brand items.
“There is no reason a consumer can’t walk into a Dollar General, which is an amazing retailer, and find something that represents the latest of what is happening in beauty right now.”
Our review of 2 of the items in this product line is 5 star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ .. I didn’t break out, and I have sensitive skin. It was the right price for my anytime budget. I can’t wait to try more of their product line.
